By accessing zenotv.shop or using ZenoTV services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
ZenoTV provides access to an online entertainment service on a subscription basis. Subscription plans are currently offered for 1 month (€10), 6 months (€30) and 12 months (€54). A 5-hour free trial is also available upon request through WhatsApp.
All service requests and subscriptions are handled directly through WhatsApp communication.
3. Free Trial
ZenoTV offers a 5-hour free trial upon request. The free trial is intended to allow prospective customers to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. Free trial availability is subject to our discretion and may be limited to one trial per person.
4. Subscription and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euro (€). Payment terms, accepted payment methods and billing details will be communicated directly through WhatsApp at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless agreed upon separately.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ZenoTV only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Share your access credentials with others without authorization.
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the service.
- Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos and materials on zenotv.shop are the property of ZenoTV unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any materials without prior written consent.
All third-party product names, platform names, trademarks and logos mentioned or displayed belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by ZenoTV.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZenoTV is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenoTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Planned or unplanned maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may affect service access.
9. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or the service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
